Our earrings that we currently stock are premade. All the work is done for you!

Are the earring genuine Swarovski?
They are genuine Swarovski - you can tell by the signature Swarovski sparkle!

Can I get findings that aren't listed?
Of course! We currently stock Silver Plated, Gold Plated, Sterling Silver & 9ct Yellow Gold. We are also able to order 18ct yellow and white gold. Please email for prices.

Do you take orders for custom designs?
Yes! if you can't find what you're looking for, you can send us a picture to and we can price it for you.

Do you price match?
Yes - and we will beat it by 10%! We can price match any eCommerce, Etsy or eBay store. Note, seller must be a store, and not an individual. Please send us any links and/or screenshots to

SVG Files

What is an SVG File?
SVG files are Scalable Vector Graphic files. Meaning they can be scaled up or down while maintaining their quality. Vector graphics are made up of paths, while Raster graphics are made up of pixels. When a Raster graphic is resized, the pixels change their size. When a Vector graphic is resized the paths that make up the image change their shape to fit the new size.

Do you take orders for custom designs?
We do! If you can't find what you're looking for on our website, then you can email through pics and/or lettering to and we will work with you to achieve your design goals!

Do you have designs that are not SVG files?
We are able to create graphics that aren't SVG files, but instead PNG files. PNG files are Raster graphics and are limited to resizing.


How long is your warranty on your products?
12 months is the standard warranty on all our products.

What do I do if I have a problem with a product?
The quickest way to resolve any warranty issues is to send through photos of the product(s) to, as well as much information around how the damage or break occurred. The more information, the better!


What are your dispatch times?
All efforts are made to dispatch orders within 24-48 hours (Monday to Friday), however this may vary during busy periods

How long does my order take to get to me once it's shipped?

Due to the spread of COVID-19, please be aware that has been delays with shipping times. The below timelines are only estimates, and are subject to change. 

We normally allow up to 10 business days for regular postage and 3 days for express postage. Here are the major city estimates:

We offer three different shipping services - two of them do have tracking and one does not. You can view prices and more here


Can I return my item?
A return can be accepted for physical products if it meets the below criteria:
     -Received no more than 14 days ago
     - No existing damage to product(s) (ie. rips in paper, chips in crystals)  
     - No existing damage to packaging (where applicable)
     - Resalable condition
